Experienced OET tutor with 7+ years of OET expertise, 10 years of online English teaching, and 20+ years of nursing experience. A certified TEFL teacher and qualified enrolled nurse, passionate about delivering engaging, enjoyable, and professional English and Medical English lessons.
I love swimming, camping, photography, writing, and producing original music, which I release on digital music platforms. I am adventurous at heart and happiest outdoors—surrounded by nature, exploring new places, enjoying road trips, or travelling abroad. I love immersing myself in different cultures and connecting with people from all walks of life. Helping others reach their goals is one of my greatest passions. I believe education is a lifelong journey, which is why I have never stopped learning. In addition to being TEFL and TEYL certified, I am also certified in teaching Business English and IELTS, although OET teaching remains my greatest professional passion. My next goal is to complete a course in Teaching English as a Global Language. Ultimately, I would love to study toward a bachelor’s degree in Education or Linguistics and continue growing as both a teacher and lifelong learner.

Teaching Style
My teaching style can best be described as interactive, supportive, and transparent. I encourage my students to have a voice in the classroom, ask questions when they come up, and participate actively in all conversations regardless of their level of confidence. I prefer when my students are engaged in the lesson and the learning process as this would help the students to gain knowledge, information modeled to be useful to them. I make use of different ways of teaching whether it be low tech as with Kinesthetic learners or high tech for more personalized learning, such as OET/IELTS/TOEFL. I also love having fun while learning so I often make use of games during lesson times for the students who prefers that. I am also a very open-minded person and my lessons are fun and gregarious. I provide feedback, regular communication and for exam preparation I also can do a thorough evaluation assessment and a professional moderator is available to assist with assessment and moderation of written papers and Role play cards in the Speaking section.
