Sean
Hello!
I enjoy helping my students to acquire a new language. It gives me an enormous sense of satisfaction to help people.
I love practising traditional archery, mountain biking, camping, bushcraft, canoeing, martial arts, weaponry, calisthenics, hill walking, cooking, reading and travel. I am a Positive Psychology Practitioner and I am fully cognisant of the role that having a positive approach encourages in my students' learning.

Teaching Style
My teaching style leans towards using the Lexical Approach, which is teaching chunks of language, formed by collocations and fixed phrases, that can be altered to suit many situations. This approach is proving to be successful in many areas of language acquisition. My teaching philosophy is centred on creating a supportive, engaging environment in which students feel confident enough to make mistakes, learn from them and grow. I tailor my classes to identify each individual's needs and strengths, ensuring our interactions are nourishing and positive, productive and enjoyable. How do native English speakers really communicate with each other ? Join my class and learn about the reality of everyday speech in English speaking countries. It is a fact that we learn better when we are having fun.My classes are also light and fun as I believe that if learning is fun then students will come back because it is a pleasurable experience. Please come and join me and together we will focus on achieving real progress.
