My lessons focus on practical, real-world English through adult conversation, guided speaking practice and workplace scenarios. We can work on fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, interviews, meetings, presentations or subjects that interest you. I will correct important mistakes and suggest more natural ways to express your ideas, without interrupting you constantly. Lessons are flexible and based on your goals rather than a fixed lesson plan. My teaching style is best suited to adults and learners aged 16+ who can already answer basic questions and hold a simple conversation in English.
I am a friendly and patient British English teacher with extensive experience in workplace training, business, retail, healthcare and adult social care. Outside work, I enjoy films, live music, comedy and theatre. I live near the coast and enjoy walking by the sea and in the nearby hills. I also love cooking, discovering different foods and talking to people from around the world. These interests give us plenty of natural conversation topics, while my professional experience allows me to support learners who need English for work, interviews or healthcare settings.

My teaching style is best suited to adults and learners aged 16+ who are intermediate, upper-intermediate or advanced and will teach other lessons where you have contacted & agreed this with me in advance.
